Servo Drive Repairs

Servo drive repairs mostly include the inspection of power supplies, interface modules, positioning modules, industrial communications interfaces, feedback and inputs and outputs.

    Testing

    If possible, repaired servo drives are thoroughly tested. We offer a warranty of up to 24 months on servo drive repairs. The testing of servo drives includes:

    • Testing interface modules
    • Testing communication connections
    • Testing the feedback of the drive using an encoder simulator
    • Testing I/O modules, if installed
    • Testing nominal power if we have the motor at our disposal. If the motor is not available, the drive is tested only partially.
    We offer:
    • Repairs for fixed prices, which you know in advance
    • Preventive replacement of critical components included in the repair
    • Repairs within 5–6 weeks
    • Thorough load testing
    • Free collection of your faulty part

    In addition, we can take you on a guided tour of a repair centre so that you can see for yourself how parts are repaired.
