Servo motor repairs is the only type of repair where we cannot tell you the price for the repair in advance. In most cases, we only have to clean the motor and replace bearings. Sometimes we need to replace the encoder or the brake or refurbish the whole shaft. In short, we have to disassemble the motor. Only then – when we have discovered what exactly needs to be repaired – can we send you our price quote.

How are servo motors repaired?

Your servo motor is first cleaned in a special way. This ensures that grease and grime are removed from it.
When the motor has been dried, it is handed over to our technical personnel. They diagnose faults and replace faulty components.
If it is the encoder that does not work, it is either repaired or replaced.
The repaired motor is then thoroughly tested to maximum load, if possible.
Every repair comes with a report documenting the work and the testing carried out during the repair. If requested, we can send it to you.

After the repair, motors undergo thorough testing. We have over 100 testing systems that allow for motors to be tested under full load.

All repaired servo motors come with a six-month warranty.
